The Calgary driving test is a practice run that precedes your eventual and crucial driving test-the Alberta Road Test. It is a mandatory part of driver training lessons and is conducted by the driving school examiners/instructors.

This test informs driving students about their level of preparedness for the stringent ART-Alberta road test.

It comprises of two parts 1) Knowledge test-written test to ascertain the driver’s knowledge and understanding of traffic rules and other regulatory matters and 2) The actual driving test.

Remember, passing the knowledge test is mandatory before you can even apply for an Alberta Test.

The 2nd part of the driving test Calgary is a 45 minutes actual on-road driving test during which the examiners access the student’s theoretical knowledge on driving, their driving ability per se, along with their adherence to traffic signs/signals/rules.

To put your mind at ease, arrive early to the designated location, which will allow you to mentally rehearse the theoretical portions of the test. You will have time to focus your thoughts on what you have learned in Calgary driving institutes—driving attentively while keeping safety criteria in mind.

You have practiced responsible driving habits during instructors aided on-road sessions with them, haven’t you?

Now all you do is confidently exhibit right driving skills during the ART.
