Driver Training – Lessons on being Competent

One of the few driving schools in the city, Driving 101’s driver training in Calgary is recognized as one of the finest in the city and is known for its professional approach to imparting driving skills.

We use the services of trained and experienced driving instructors who are certified by Alberta.

Driving 101 follows the driving curriculum and syllabus which is designed by Alberta and comprises two parts-15 hour theory divided into 1-hour sessions-15 hour and 10-hour practical behind-the-wheels sessions, again divided into a suitable number of sessions.

We emphasize on-road-behind-the-wheels practice sessions to reinforce and internalize the newly learned skills thereby boosting the driving students’ confidence.

Our experienced multi-lingual driving instructors engage in one-to-one training to dispel students’ misconceptions. These sessions are also utilized for imparting and inculcating the importance of on-road safety and the benefit of following traffic rules and regulations.

We teach driving as a matter of art and therefore we accord prime importance to proper judgment, good anticipation, and use of appropriate safety maneuvers to avoid mishaps.
