The Calgary driving course is a syllabus developed by Alberta Transportation. It is a training program that teaches students how to drive safely while complying with traffic rules and driving etiquettes, and thereby obtain a driving license after passing the Albert Road Test.

A Calgary driving course is divided into two parts.

The focus of Part II is driving in general, with on-road behind-the-wheel instruction teaching students how to drive safely using safety maneuvers and anticipating abilities.
