Calgary Driving Course is a structured curriculum designed by Alberta to teach people of all ages and skill levels how to drive a vehicle.  This course comprises theoretical lessons and practical training that help students obtain their driving license.

Alberta-certified driving schools like Driving 101 offer all types of driving courses, from the GDL program and professional courses for class 1 to 5 licenses to basic driving courses and intensive driving courses. They also offer courses such as advanced driving courses, defensive driving courses, and regular brush-up and refresher courses.

Calgary Driving Course transforms inexperienced drivers into competent, safe, and responsible all-weather and all-terrain drivers. Additionally, as students learn to drive in copybook fashion while adhering to traffic and safety regulations, the methodical teaching approach helps them become more confident.

Driving 101 conducts all Albert-approved driving courses, which are taught by their Alberta-approved instructors.

Our popular GDL grade 5 course consists of 15 hours of theoretical instruction and 10 hours of on-road, behind-the-wheel training, both apportioned into suitable sessions of varying periods.

Every Calgary driving course is designed to eliminate unsafe tendencies that lurk in drivers’ psychology and wean them away from risky approaches when behind the wheel.
